Ihre Aufgaben

Für unseren wachsenden Produktionsstandort suchen wir „Schweißer (m/w/d)“ mit Spaß an einem breiten Aufgabenspektrum. Wir fertigen Fördertechnikteile für unsere Blockheizkraftwerke vor Ort selbst, vom Rohmaterial bis zum Endprodukt. In dieser Rolle leisten Sie mit Ihrer Fachkenntnis und Erfahrung nicht nur einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur erfolgreichen Produktion unserer Holzverstromungsanlagen, sondern auch zum Erfolg der Energiewende.

Schweißen von Bauteilen für unsere Energieanlagen nach Projekt- und Bauplänen
Bestimmung des Schweißverfahrens und des Schneidwerkzeugs
Vor- und Nachbereitung von verwendeten Materialien
Verwendung von Messgeräten zur Qualitätskontrolle
Wartung der Schweißgeräte, Maschinen und Werkzeuge
Überprüfung der Schweißnähte auf Bruchstellen oder Defekte
Durchführung von Vor- und Endmontagen

Das sollten Sie mitbringen

Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
Kenntnisse verschiedener Schweißverfahren (z.B. WIG, MIG und MAG)
Gutes Verständnis für die Eigenschaften von Metallen und Werkstoffen
Eigenverantwortlicher Umgang mit Werkzeugen und Betriebsmitteln
Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your tasks

For our growing production site, we are looking for "Welders (m/f/d)" who enjoy a wide range of tasks. We manufacture conveyor technology parts for our combined heat and power plants on site ourselves, from the raw material to the end product. In this role, your expertise and experience will not only make a significant contribution to the successful production of our wood-fired power plants, but also to the success of the energy transition.

Welding components for our energy plants according to project and construction plans
Determination of the welding process and the cutting tool
Preparation and post-processing of materials used
Use of measuring devices for quality control
Maintenance of welding equipment, machines and tools
Checking the weld seams for fractures or defects
Carrying out pre-assembly and final assembly

What you should bring along

Completed technical training with several years of professional experience
Knowledge of various welding processes (e.g. TIG, MIG and MAG)
Good understanding of the properties of metals and materials
Independent handling of tools and equipment
Careful and reliable way of working
Good written and spoken German or English skills
